Call of Duty Points (CP) are the in-game currency that can be used in Modern Warfare III, Modern Warfare II, and Call of Duty: Warzone!" to obtain new content that is added with each season. Battle Pass Owners can also use their CP to unlock Tiers for more content.

COD Points  the in-game currency used in Call of Duty games  can be used to obtain digital content from the in-game store, including the Battle Pass. To get COD Points, visit the Store menu in the game, then select Franchise Store.

Never had any problems in Vegas or anywhere else. Its a great way of paying for things at the best exchange rate. I use it to settle my hotel account at the end of a stay saving any fees and conversion charges. My brother uses this all the time in Vegas.
